From beginner to advanced skier, each level corresponds to specific skills and objectives. Discover the various ski levels to choose the course best suited to your experience: introductory, beginner, intermediate, advanced, or skill refinement. This grouping allows you to progress at your own pace within a group of similar ability, receiving instruction tailored to your needs

What is my level?

Alpine Skiing - Children
Flying Start :

I enroll in this course if :

- I am a beginner and I am between 5 and 7 years old

- I have never skied

Please note : Do not bring ski poles

In this level, there will be only a maximum of 6 students
Green Mouse :

I sign up for this course if :

- I have obtained my Snowman or equivalence

- I am between 8 and 12 years old and I have never skied

Please note : Do not bring ski poles

In this level, there will be a maximum of only 6 students
Blue Mouse :

I enroll in this course if :

- I have obtained my Green Mouse or equivalent

- I am proficient with the snowplow

- I brake and stop voluntarily

Please note : Do not bring ski poles
Crystal International :

I enroll in this course if :

- I have obtained my Blue Mouse or equivalent

- I am able to ride the ski lifts

- I can snowplow

- I am proficient at snowplow turns
Bronze Crystal

I enroll in this course if :

- I have obtained my Crystal International or equivalent

- I descend green and blue slopes easily in a snowplow

- I control my speed

- I can gain speed with parallel skis
Silver Crystal

I enroll in this course if :

- I have obtained my Bronze Crystal or equivalent

- I master snowplow turns

- I finish my turns with parallel skiing on a blue run
Vermilion Crystal

I enroll in this course if :

- I have obtained my Silver Crystal or equivalent

- I master parallel turns on blue slopes

- I know how to skid
Gold Crystal

I enroll in this course if :

- I have obtained my Vermilion Crystal or equivalent

- I master parallel-ski turns on red runs, small turns and skidding
Diamond Crystal

I enroll in this course if :

- I have obtained my Gold Crystal or equivalent

- I am able to ski all red slopes

-I can perform parallel turns

- I gain speed and I know how to stop wherever I want

- I am able to ski all snow types and all terrains
Expert Teenager

I enroll in this course if :

- I have obtained my Diamond Crystal or equivalent

- I can ski on all red and black runs

- I can ski in all conditions

- I can do small jumps

- I want to explore the mountains safely

Alpine Skiing - Adults / Teenagers from 14y.o
First Time

I enroll in this course if :

- I have never skied

- I am at least 16 years old
Beginner

I enroll in this course if :

- I am proficient at snowplowing

- I lack confidence and/or ease
Intermediate

I enroll in this course if :

- I master parallel turns on blue runs
Confirmed

I enroll in this course if :

- I master parallel turns on a red run

- I control my skids

- I maintain a steady pace
Expert Adult

I'm signing up for this course if :

- I can ski on all red and black runs

- I can ski in all conditions

- I know how to do small jumps

- I want to discover the mountains safely

Snowboarding - Children & Adults
Beginner

I enroll in this course if :

- I have never snowboarded

- I am at least 8 years old
Intermediate

I enroll in this course if :

- I master my frontside/backside turns

- I know how to link turns
Confirmed

I enroll in this course if :

- I master my turns

- I know how to chain and alternate between skidded and carved turns

- I master trajectories at a sustained speed
