About skiing for children

Discover everything that will make your child’s ski lesson a success!

At our ski school, your child can start skiing from the age of two and a half.

The criteria for earning each level and the skills required can be found on our Medals page.

Feel free to ask your ski school.

Children pick up skiing techniques without even realizing it, thanks to games specially designed for them, whether in the children’s ski area or on slopes tailored to their needs.

Your child needs a ski outfit, a helmet, ski equipment (no poles), goggles and/or sunglasses, sunscreen, disposable tissues, and a snack in their pocket.

If the children’s ski area is located within the resort itself, no lift pass is required. Once the child is able to ski independently, the instructor will let you know the day before they move out of the beginners’ area so that you can purchase a pass for the remainder of the week.

Don’t panic; the instructor is a professional accustomed to these situations, so you should:

  • leave the child in the instructor’s care at the meeting point and avoid staying with them for too long.
  • avoid letting the child see you.
  • avoid contact until the lesson is over.
